One of the biggest things I have learned from being in business is the value of trust in relationships
Trust is something that is earned.
And it's mind boggling how few people are trustworthy…
For my customers trust means
-Honouring my word and showing up to estimates when I say I will
-Completing jobs on time
-Doing exactly what is agreed upon
For my employees (my team)
-Giving them fair work
-Paying them what they are owed on time
-And giving them the space to do their thing
This trust and confidence is not something that is formed overnight…but is the results of doing the small things right over and over again
